It was really a wonderful experience. Before flight, we had one of the best breakfasts. We were able to experience some breathtaking moments but the pilot was very expert. Both pilots Izzet and Ibrahim were very good. We really enjoyed. Highly recommended for tourists whether solo or group.

We disembarked the hot air balloon safely on 2Dec25 and were treated to a breathtaking sunrise. Im pleased to share this outstanding experience and commend the pilot, iZZET, for his exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and pleasant demeanor. The entire team of Turquaz Balloons including the ground crew, provided exceptional service, from the 6am hotel pickup, delicious breakfast, the bird view of 900meters sky high and the end of champagne celebration experience. Their professionalism and entertainment were impressive. Turquaz Balloons Cappadocia is highly recommended.

Of all the things we did in Cappadocia this was by far the most memorable experience. I don’t know how the other balloon companies do it, but this one definitely pulls out all the stops! We chose Turquaz because it came so highly recommended and I’m glad that we did. We got picked up from our hotel in a clean and modern van and taken to their offices. The offices are beautiful and have a dining area where we were served a simple but tasty breakfast and beverages. Following that we were assigned to different vans based on who our pilot is and taken to the launch sites. The staff were very organized and professional throughout the process and even considerate enough to offer to take pictures and videos of all the guests as we were getting into the balloon and it was starting to lift but still anchored to the ground. Our pilot Yahya was awesome! He had such a great sense of humour and gave us so many interesting facts about the area and about air balloon balloons as we were flying and also afterwards. We got lucky with the wind which carried us across the landscape and we got to see love Valley, the red Valley, Uchisar castle and more. Most of the flight we stayed lower to the ground, which was amazing because we got to see so much detail of the landscape and could take amazing pictures of the balloons flying at our level and above us. Then toward the end of the flight we rose up to 1000m! I much preferred the views from the lower altitudes because from that high height, everything sort of blurs and looks so small. But I know going up high was definitely a highlight for a lot of the passengers simply because of the novelty and the fact that it’s quite thrilling. After that, we descended and landed at a location with beautiful views over the valley. Upon landing, we were surprised with a gorgeous set up table with a champagne toast and some time to take pictures. There was a little “ceremony“ where we were each given our flight certificate and a really pretty pottery memento of the blue balloon flight. I can’t believe all of the little touches and considerations that went into the event. They truly recognized that this is a special event every single time and nothing felt like it was routine. I cannot recommend this company enough! There is a level of professionalism and attention to detail that is really unique. We took the option that was a 20 person basket and I would go as far as to say there is not a bad seat in the house. You definitely get beautiful views no matter where you are and there’s not really a “middle“ to the basket like I imagined so there’s no worry of feeling like you won’t see anything. If you come to Cappadocia, I would say this is the one thing that you really shouldn’t miss out on. I’m not a daredevil by any means and even get a little queasy going on a ski lift, but I 100% percent recommend this adventure.

The team was professional, friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout the flight. Everything was perfectly organized, from takeoff to landing. An experience I’ll never forget — I highly recommend it!

Booking online was effortless, and we even received a discount when paying in cash. Communication was excellent, and the logistics were smooth from start to finish. The breakfast before the flight was a nice touch and very tasty. The balloon flight itself was unforgettable. Our pilot was highly skilled, explained a lot about ballooning, and added humor along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. After landing, we celebrated with a glass of champagne and a delicious nut cake, followed by receiving a certificate and medal. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience!
This was an exceptional early morning balloon flight. The company have great communications, and were on time picking us up at the hotel at 5.05 (AM). We were taken to their offices where there is a cafeteria setup and a lovely breakfast (fruit, croissants, coffee, juice etc). After about 25 minutes they called our balloons passengers to the minibus. There were 15 of us in total. Us four were two couples travelling together. We arrived at the launch site after a 10 minute drive and the balloon was mostly inflated. We climbed into the basket which is split into 5 sections. The centre for the pilot and the gas bottles, and 4 corner quadrants each holding up to 4 people. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us to move around and to put our bags on the floor. All of us could see easily. We had friends who took the 32 person flights from other companies who complained they had a box of juice and a cereal bar as the breakfast, and struggled to see out of the balloon. The flight lasted over an hour, and included an ascent in the dark, sunrise from 1300 metres, low passes through some valleys and over the town (just metres above the houses) and soaring high above the other balloons so you could see the countryside for miles and miles. Our pilot Yahya was brilliant. Very funny and informative, explaining the landscape and the functions and capability of the balloon, and clearly a very competent pilot. His handling of the balloon was first class. After we landed we had a celebratory glass of fizz plus some delicious strawberries. (Other trips had non alcoholic fizz). All four of us agreed that it was one of the best things we've done for a long time. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Yes, Turquaz balloons are more expensive than some other companies (we paid £295 /€340 each), but the professionalism and level of comfort (especially avoiding the overcrowding in baskets) was worth it. If you get Yahya as your pilot you will have a blast.
